Our aim is to get your item to you as quickly as possible. We guarantee that once you place your order, your item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Depending on your delivery method you choose is when you will ultimately receive your item.

We ship all of our products via either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post. If you require an item in a hurry, we offer express post as an option in check out. Express Posted items will incur additional costs.

We do not offer returns on our personalised items as these have been custom made specifically for you and cannot be resold.

Please ensure that you choose correctly and choose the size according to our specific size guides as not all manufactures are the same.

When your luggage strap needs cleaning, place it in a wash bag in the washing machine or soak in soapy water and line dry. If a thread should come loose, trim to a short tail and burn the rest off quickly with a lighter. 

1: The default passcode is 000
2: Decide on a new passcode
3: On the back of the lock, push the paddle from A to B
4: Set the number combination to your desired passcode
5: On the back of the lock, push the paddle back to A (from B)
6: Change the numbers to a random setting - your lock should not then open.
7: Revert back to your passcode combination - and the lock should open.
8: If you need to change the passcode, go back to step 2

1. Set the initial code to 000
2. Press the button at the bottom of the lock body to open the code lock
3. Use your fingers to press the button while turning the number wheel to set the code you want
4. Release the bottom button and the code setting is complete
